Appointments & Deposits

• Walk-ins are welcome but Appointments are prioritised and must be booked in advance.
• A non-refundable deposit (Ghc 350 for home service, Ghc100 for shop) is required to secure your appointment.
• Deposits go toward your final balance and must be paid via [mobile money, card, Apple Pay]. NO CASH ACCEPTED!

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Please reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in loss of deposit. And will require full payment for a new appointment.

No-shows may be charged a fee or banned from future bookings.

Service Booking Hours

Shop Hours : 8:30am - 4:00pm
Home Service Hours : 8:00am - 3:00pm
Appointments outside these hours may attract an after-hours fee.

Home Service Pricing

Includes braiding fee + Safety, Time & Risk of traveling to unfamiliar areas. (based on your location distance from our nearest salon).

Fee is calculated using distance and covers stylist travel time and return.

Destance Calculation from Shop to Client

0–30 Mins = 1.8 x Original braiding cost
0–40 Mins = 1.9 x Original braiding cost
0–50 Mins = 2.1 x Original braiding cost
0–60 Mins = 2.3 x Original braiding cost

Late Policy

• A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed.
• Arrivals after this window may result in cancellation, reducing the number of Braiders allocated to you or a late fee.
• If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited.

Hair Preparation

• We offer full takedown, wash and blow dry before appointment at an extra cost. However you can however do this before coming. If you decide to…..
• Please arrive with clean, detangled, and well stretched or blown-out hair unless otherwise discussed.

Payment

• Final payment is due 30 minutes before service ends. This is to prevent waiting for payment to reflect.
