Cancellation Policy
You Loose Your Deposit If You Reschedule Or Cancel 48hrs To Appointment. You Are Required To Make Full Payment For Future Booking. Any Appointment Before 8:30am Or After 4pm Will Attract Extra Charges. The Charges Are 10% Extra Every 30 Minutes Outside Our appointment Time, Which Is 8.30-am-4pm. Lateness A braider is allocated for you appointment. Arriving late(more than 15 minutes) means the braider will accept another appointment and you have to wait for the next available braider to attend to you, and/or you will loose any discounts you’re entitled to if the braider still be available Privacy Policy Our Works Are Recorded For Quality Checks, References & Advertisements Purposes Kindly Notify Us If You Do Not Want To Be Photographed.
